The department has 120 employees and a production budget of 70mio DKR.

DR Ung delivers unique content to all accessible media platforms and genres i.e. documentary; fiction/comedy; music; entertainment, mocumentary etc.

DR Ung has formalised the process of finding and developing new talents and are now responsible for the education of new creative talents within programme development throughout the entire network.

TV: Clement Direkte, Teatret ved Ringvejen, Drengene fra Angora, Jul i Verdensrummet, Førstevælger, Boogie, Hjerteflimmer, Svada, Smæk for Skillingen, Blokken, Det Røde Kapel, Danes for Bush, alongside entire one-day-theme programes and documentaries.

Radio: A web channel, a DAB-channel, 40 hours of radio on a weekly basis for the channels: P1, P2 og P3

Web: Youth channel for DR´s New Media Player, SKUM community(
250.000 unique users/members), Hundeparken aka ”The Dog Park” (avartar-chat), satire-portal along side games and programme sites.

1999 – 2004: Independant producer/consultant collaborating with:
The Danish Filminstitute, The Swedish Filminstitute, DR, TV2, Nordic Film, Zentropa & Koncern Film & TV.
For TV2 among other:
- Editor in Chief for TV2´s live youth surface, (Rundfunk,Koncern)
- Documentary series for TV2 (Love, Zentropa)

1998 – 99: Danish Film Institute. Head of Children - and Youth Films department
1995 – 98: Unit manager for DR´s children´s programmes on the radio channels: P1, P2 og P3.
1992 – 95: DR Radio. Reporter, host, producer on the Children´s radio (P3)1992 -: Graduated as journalist from the Danish School of Journalism.
