Klippegangen is the central post production facility for Zentropa. Here most film related post production processes are carried out, making it possible to complete films almost completely in-house.

In Klippegangen there are syncing facilities available as well as editing facilities, and in affiliated departments situated around Klippegangen CGI-work, sound post and video to film transfer is being done.

In the design of Klippegangen great care has been made to create a stimulating, informal and pleasant working environment with a high degree of service from experienced personnel and post production coordinators.

Klippegangen has 10 permanent editing suites, all equipped with Avid Media Composer/Xpress systems. The material is being loaded into the editing systems and edited. After this the project can be color graded in one of two methods: With SD (Standard Definition) projects grading is done on an Avid Symphony, while HD (High Definition) projects are graded using a Quantel iQ Pablo grading system or a Symphony Nitris system. Graded material is transferred to using an Arrilaser film recorder.

At Klippegangen there is a screening cinema (50 seats), where video- and 35mm/16mm material can be screened in high quality. It is also possible to perform screenings directly from the editing systems.
